My name is Juliana Davis, and I am a Physician Associate dedicated to providing quality healthcare to the rural community of Silver Springs, Florida. Originally from Brazil and raised in Florida, my upbringing has given me a deep appreciation for community and joys of serving others.
With prior experience in emergency medicine and orthopedics, I do my best to bring a blend of advanced medical knowledge and compassionate care to every patient interaction. I believe in treating the whole person, empowering individuals to take charge of their health, and making a positive difference in the lives of those I serve. Central Florida is now home for me and my husband, Cooper. As we settle down near family and friends, I am excited to continue building connections with the people in this region. Caring for others through my work as a Physician Associate is more than just a career-it's my calling, and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve and strengthen this incredible community. |

My name is Eve Toombs, and I’m a board certified Physician Associate raised locally in Ocala. Providing evidence-based care while building a trusted patient-provider bond in the rural community is what I’m drawn to. I strive to help patients feel good inside and out by taking a whole person approach to their health. This means looking at symptoms along with lifestyle and daily habits. I also believe educating patients on their medical problems empowers them to take appropriate and consistent steps to improve their own health. Outside of work, I enjoy trying different hobbies including hiking/traveling, baking, painting, reading, and whatever else comes my way! Fall is my favorite season, and I enjoy watching FSU, Patriots, and Bucs football. I’m excited to be at Forest Family Health and can’t wait to meet you!
